Cancellations And Refunds
If you cancel before 24 hours you will not have to pay the cancellation fee.
If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking, you will be charged a 25% cancellation fee of the booking price (capped at $95) to make up for the lost income during the booked time slot.
Can I Wait With My Car?
Please note that we do not have a waiting area at our drop off location. We can pick up and drop off your vehicle on request.

We offer both mobile and drop off services. Please note that we do not have a waiting area at our drop off location. We can pick up and drop off your vehicle on request.
Do You Require Power & Water?
Yes, to reduce the costs of our services we require a power outlet within 50m of the vehicle and a hose spigot within 25m.
How Long Does A Detail Take?
Our times are general guidelines, and depending on the size and level of dirt in/on your car, times may vary from the website's descriptions. If you have booked any add-ons, the time taken to clean your car may be extended. Please ask if you are not sure, and wait until you receive a text from your car care specialist to finalize the detail.
What Is Your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
We constantly strive to provide a fantastic auto detailing experience for our customers that leaves your car gleaming. If for what ever reason you are not happy with your detail, we offer a re-do of the detail, or your money back. No questions asked.
What If It's Raining?
If there is heavy rain we may need to reschedule your mobile detail or change your service to our shop location. We will be in contact if we need to make any changes.

Is There A Rescheduling Fee?
We do not charge for rescheduling as long as it is done 24 hours before your original booking. Please see our Cancellation & Refund FAQ above for further information. Cancelations made within 24 hours of booking an appointment will be charged $20 to make up for the lost time slot.
What If I’m Not Satisfied With My Detail?
We guarantee 100% satisfaction with our service. If you are not happy with the service for any reason please call us immediately for compensation or to rebook a detail.
What Are Your Hours Of Operation?
Our hours of operation are:
Monday - Friday 3.45-8.30 pm
Saturday-Sunday 9 am-5 pm
These hours are extended during the NZ school holidays to:
Monday - Saturday 9 am-5 pm
